Once you have placed your order, we will manage it in the shortest possible time so that you can start enjoying your Minor watch as soon as possible. We manage the orders and we ship them within 24 hours from the moment you place your order. Shipping times depend on the country you are in. All items purchased on our website are shipped from Spain. Once the order has been picked up by our shipping company at our warehouse you will be provided with a tracking number via email so that you can follow your package at all times.
The price of our watches includes associated taxes that are paid at the time of purchase if you are a resident in Spain. However, if you are ordering from outside Spain, your order may be subject to border crossing charges which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We hope that the order you have placed is to your liking, but if for any reason it is not, we provide you with the means to return it within a maximum of 30 working days provided that the conditions mentioned below are met.
If you are not satisfied, you have up to 30 working days from the date of your order to return it.
Returns do not incur any additional costs for you, provided they are made within the established deadline.
We only accept returns of unused products, in case the product shows any signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
To return the watch, you just have to keep the watch in its original box as it was delivered and fill out the following return form to complete the process. We will contact you to manage the return within 48 hours of sending the form. If you have any kind of problem to complete the return through this process you can also contact us through other ways such as telephone or our contact page.
Refunds will always be made through the payment method by which the order was placed. The refund times of the total amount of the product vary depending on the platform through which it has been paid, but these in no case exceed 10 working days.
