1.1 The images of the Products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display of colors on your computer accurately reflects the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
2.1 All MINOR watches are covered by a 3-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty includes movement, case, dial, hands and crown.
2.2 Any problem or damage caused by misuse of the watch is excluded from the warranty. Likewise, any work performed on the watch by an unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
2.3 Warranty claims can be made directly by sending the product to MINOR. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2.4 To return a product covered by the MINOR warranty, the following procedure must be followed:
- Send the warranty application request by e-mail to info@minorwatches.com. Upon receipt of the request, MINOR Customer Service will send a confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by the consumer and will coordinate the collection of the product by a courier company.
3.1 FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. All products in our store are shipped free of charge to the buyer via DHL express, using the following method:
- SPAIN: 3 to 4 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. In case the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
- EU: 5 to 7 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. In case the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
- UK: 5 to 7 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. If the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
- OCEANIA: 5 to 7 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. In case the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
- MIDDLE EAST: 5 to 7 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. In case the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
- REST OF THE WORLD: 5 to 7 working days. Orders close at 12:00 pm CET. In case the order is placed after that time, it will be shipped the next business day.
3.2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. We aim to ship orders placed before 2 p.m. (CET Monday through Friday) the same day, however, we cannot guarantee this.5
4.1 If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your product form within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund or exchange without objection. All items must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4.2 Any product purchased that is not to the complete satisfaction of the purchaser may be returned by virtue of the right of withdrawal which may be exercised, without the need to justify any reason, by contacting MINOR Customer Service via email info@minorwatches.com, indicating your order number, within a maximum period of THIRTY CALENDAR DAYS from the date of receipt of the product concerned.
4.3 In order to make returns it is necessary to pack the product/s in their original packaging, including all the accessories with which they were accompanied on delivery, including the International Guarantee Certificate and any promotional gifts associated with the purchase, and that they are returned in perfect condition, without having been used, in the same conditions in which they were received, and to request the return within the period set out in the previous section.
4.4 MINOR will contact the purchaser via the details provided for this purpose, in order to coordinate collection by private courier within 48 working hours of the request for return.
4.5 The product must be returned in perfect condition, accompanied by its complete documentation, case and any other complement delivered, as set out in point 4.3. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
4.6 The refund of the purchase amount will be made through the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase (credit/debit card) and within a maximum period of FOURTEEN DAYS from the time of requesting the refund and after verification of compliance with section 4.3.
Prices are expressed in Euros. The total price is the price indicated in your shopping cart after your address, invoice and customer space have been validated. It includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and transport costs. MINOR reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the catalogue price on the day of the order shall be the only price applicable to the purchaser. Please note that MINOR WATCHES is not responsible for paying duties and taxes on the import of the watch to third countries outside the EU.
